We supply yoga mats & yoga equipment, (such as blankets, bolsters, blocks & bricks), but you are welcome to bring your own along too.

PLEASE NOTE: Our cancellation policy is to cancel at least 4 hours before class start time, or 12 hours for Aerial Yoga. If you cancel after this your credit cannot be transferred and will be forfeited.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AERIAL CORE

Elevate your practice with a unique fusion of Aerial and Pilates, designed to build deep core strength, stability, and control!

This low-impact, yet uplifting class uses aerial hammocks and suspension straps to both support and intensify movement. Focusing on core stability and alignment, it offers a fun, effective practice that leaves you feeling toned, balanced, and more connected to your body. Suitable for all levels, with the option to modify or completely avoid inversions.

AERIAL YOGA

Defy gravity, move beyond limits, and experience the joy of movement in the air!

This uplifting practice combines accessible inverted poses with both relaxation and strength training, using yoga hammocks and suspension straps. You’ll build core, grip, and upper body strength while exploring movement in a whole new way. Open to all levels, this class offers a supportive space to escape the ordinary and experience the freedom of flight.

Expect a session filled with fitness, fun, and flight—leaving you feeling stronger, uplifted, and inspired.

AERIAL TONE

An uplifting & invigorating way to start your week! Aerial Tone is a dynamic, non-inversion aerial fitness class designed to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall fitness.

Using suspension straps, this class targets core stability and muscle endurance through controlled movements, offering a challenging, yet fun & accessible full-body workout.

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA

A deeply relaxing & restorative yoga practice to gently improve joint mobility & promote flexibility.

With the help of props & breathwork, we hold simple poses for around 3-4mins, creating space & stillness, whilst releasing tension in both the body & mind.

Suitable for all levels, and practiced by candlelight; this introspective practice offers a blissful escape from daily life.

HATHA YOGA

A nourishing & mindful practice with a balanced blend of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. Perfect for all levels, it enhances flexibility, strength, and relaxation, promoting overall well-being and inner peace. Embrace harmony in body and mind.

HOT YOGA FLOW

A revitalising and accessible practice, suitable for all levels. Move, stretch, and breathe as we flow through a series of yoga poses to enhance strength, improve flexibility, and release tension.

The immersive heat encourages flexibility & focus, helping you to deepen your practice and leave feeling balanced and restored. We keep our hot yoga at a comfortable and climate-conscious 32–34°C.

HOT VINYASA FLOW

An invigorating & detoxify class to strengthen, stretch & tone. Join us as we flow through a series of dynamic yoga poses, synchronising breath with fluid movement and energising the body whilst calming the mind.

The immersive heat allows us to really deepen our practice, enhancing flexibility, fitness & focus. We keep our hot yoga around a more comfortable and climate conscious 32-34°C.

KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION

Experience a powerful practice that helps you build resilience and find calm in our fast-paced world. Through a unique blend of breathwork, movement, and sacred sound, Kundalini Yoga offers scientifically-proven techniques to regulate your nervous system, release stress, and restore inner balance.

This ancient practice meets modern needs, helping you develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. Suitable for all levels.

POWER YOGA

An invigorating, fun, flowing & stronger class, synchronising the breath with fluid movement, creating a moving meditation for the mind.

Breathe, challenge & tone – enhance strength, flexibility, fitness and mental focus.

Some more advanced are options given, but working with your body at your own pace is supported & encouraged.

STRENGTH & STRETCH FLOW ♡☆

A perfectly balanced class to build strength and release tension. We begin with a steady flow of poses, synchronising movement with breath, to awaken the body, improve stability, and gently build strength. This opens the body for deeper stretches to enhance flexibility and functional mobility.

This mindful practice leaves you feeling open and restored. Suitable for all levels.

WARM FLOW & RESTORE ♡☆

Flow into stillness. We begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to build warmth, strength & flexibility, synchronising movement with breath. We then transition into deep restorative stretches, inviting release & relaxation.

The gentle, immersive heat of around 28°C enhances focus & flexibility, allowing us to melt deeply into the poses, whilst leaving us feeling open, refreshed & reawakened.

YOGA FOR MEN

We offer a welcoming, relaxed & supportive environment for men to explore & practice yoga.

Build strength and improve functional mobility and with tailored practices designed for male bodies. With the addition of breathwork and relaxation for stress relief.

Supports athletic performance, overall health and well-being.

STUDIO POLICIES

To avoid disturbance to others, please ensure you arrive promptly before class begins; ideally 5-10minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and you will forfeit your class credit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes early and a class is still taking place in the studio, kindly wait outside until the class has finished to avoid disturbance.

Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio to minimise distractions and disruptions during class.

Please remove shoes on entering & leave in shoe shelving provided.

Help maintain the cleanliness of the studio by wiping down your mat and props after use and keeping personal belongings tidy. Wipes will be provided.

Respect personal space; please allow space between mats and respect the personal space of others during class and in common areas. Please use the mat guide marks if relevant to your class.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • Participants must cancel via the booking app, or through their online booking account at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit. Class credits can then be transferred onto any other class.
  • For Aerial Yoga, classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit.
  • Failure to provide the required 4 hours’ notice, (or 12 hours for Aerial Yoga), will result in the loss of the class credit.
  • No-shows will also result in the loss of the class credit.
  • For workshops, events & retreats, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, but may be cancelled anytime, after 3 month minimum term has been completed.
  • Class credits & credit packs are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the studio management.
  • REIGNITE YOGA LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances.
