We supply yoga mats & yoga equipment, (such as blankets, bolsters, blocks & bricks), but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
PLEASE NOTE: Our cancellation policy is to cancel at least 4 hours before class start time. If you cancel after this your credit cannot be transferred and will be forfeited.
LEVELS
Our classes are allocated with levels, to help find the one that’s right for you.
Level 1 is the gentlest, and ideal for all, including those new to Yoga. Options are given and you are you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
Level 2 is a little more challenging, but suitable for anyone with a moderate level of mobility & fitness. Options are given and you are encouraged to work at your own pace, whether that’s taking it a little easier, or pushing yourself a little harder.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AERIAL PILATES
Elevate your practice with our Aerial Pilates class! A low-impact, toning class focused on improving posture, alignment, core strength & stability.
Suitable for all levels, the aerial equipment is used to both assist and intensify your workout. It adds a unique, fun & accesible challenge, elevating your practice & improving body awareness. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and uplifted!
Note: This class does not include inverted poses.
AERIAL YOGA
For strength, flexibility, balance & fun!
Suitable for all abilities; our yoga hammocks offer the addition of separate straps & handles. This provides a fun & effective way to gradually build grip strength & confidence.
This class combines inverted poses with flexibility & strengthening work; with a focus on building core strength & stability.
AERIAL TONE
An uplifting & invigorating way to start your week! Aerial Tone is a dynamic, non-inversion aerial fitness class designed to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall fitness.
Using suspension straps, this class targets core stability and muscle endurance through controlled movements, offering a challenging, yet fun & accessible full-body workout.
CANDLELIT YIN YOGA
RELAX, RESTORE & REBALANCE
A restful & restorative yoga practice, targeting deep connective tissues to gently improve joint mobility, flexibility & circulation.
With the help of props & breathwork, we hold simple poses for longer (3-4mins). Great for easing stress & anxiety, releasing tension & and creating space in the body. Can also help with sleep problems & insomnia. Followed by a Savasanna accompanied by the beautifully hypnotic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Find stillness for the body & mind, with this deeply relaxing & introspective practice.
HATHA YOGA
A nourishing & mindful practice with a balanced blend of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. Perfect for all levels, it enhances flexibility, strength, and relaxation, promoting overall well-being and inner peace. Embrace harmony in body and mind.
HOT YOGA FLOW
An invigorating & detoxify class suitable for all levels. Strengthen, stretch, tone & melt away the calories as we flow through a series of accessible yoga poses, linking movement with the breath.
The immersive heat allows us to really deepen our practice, enhancing flexibility, fitness & focus. We keep our hot yoga around a more comfortable and climate conscious 32-34°C.
HOT DYNAMIC FLOW
An invigorating & detoxify class to strengthen, stretch & tone. Join us as we flow through a series of dynamic yoga poses, synchronising breath with fluid movement and energising the body whilst calming the mind.
The immersive heat allows us to really deepen our practice, enhancing flexibility, fitness & focus. We keep our hot yoga around a more comfortable and climate conscious 32-34°C.
KUNDALINI YOGA
A transformative practice that uses chanting, breathwork and movement to clear our minds, stimulate the vital energy in our bodies and guide us into a deep state of connection with our True Self, so that you can step into your highest potential.
POWER YOGA
An invigorating, fun, flowing & stronger class, synchronising the breath with fluid movement, creating a moving meditation for the mind.
Breathe, challenge & tone – enhance strength, flexibility, fitness and mental focus.
Some more advanced are options given, but working with your body at your own pace is supported & encouraged.
STRENGTHEN & STRETCH
Strengthen, Stretch & Breathe – a perfectly blended class, suitable for all levels.
We begin with a slower paced flow, moving between strong, yet accessible yoga poses, synchronising movement with breath; building strength & stability. This effectively warms & opens up the body for our deep stretch poses. These are held for longer to help release tight muscles & target right down to the muscle fascia – enhancing mobility & flexibility.
Focused breathwork allows us to get deeper into the stretches, for the muscles to relax & lengthen, and for the mind to unwind & find calm.
WARM NURTURING FLOW
A calm, supportive & accessible practice, suitable for all levels. This slower paced flow focuses on breath awareness, mobility & mindful movement.
This balanced style of yoga gradually enhances strength & flexibility, whilst moving with the breath creates a meditative flow to promote relaxation. The comfortable warmth of around 26°C helps to enhance focus & flexibility, release tension, and deepen our practice.
YOGA FOR MEN
We offer a welcoming, relaxed & supportive environment for men to explore & practice yoga.
Build strength and improve mobility and with tailored practices designed for male bodies. With the addition of breathwork and relaxation for stress relief.
Supports athletic performance, overall health and well-being.
STUDIO POLICIES
To avoid disturbance to others, please ensure you arrive promptly before class begins; ideally 5-10minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and you will forfeit your class credit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early and a class is still taking place in the studio, kindly wait outside until the class has finished to avoid disturbance.
Please silence or turn off your phone before entering the studio to minimise distractions and disruptions during class.
Please remove shoes on entering & leave in shoe shelving provided.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the studio by wiping down your mat and props after use and keeping personal belongings tidy. Wipes will be provided.
Respect personal space; please allow space between mats and respect the personal space of others during class and in common areas. Please use the mat guide marks if relevant to your class.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
- Participants must cancel via the booking app, or through their online booking account at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit. Class credits can then be transferred onto any other class.
- Failure to provide the required 4 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the class credit.
- No-shows will also result in the loss of the class credit.
- For workshops, events & retreats, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given.
- Memberships are non-refundable, but may be cancelled anytime, after 3 month minimum term has been completed.
- Class credits & credit packs are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the studio management.
- REIGNITE YOGA LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances.
