Our Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshop is the perfect place to start!

IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS

PERFECT FOR GAINING CONFIDENCE TO JOIN OUR REGULAR CLASSES

Aerial Yoga is a fun & invigorating practice – brilliant for gaining strength, fitness, flexibility & balance!

This is 2.5hr introduction to Aerial Yoga Workshop, ideal for both beginners & those looking to gain more confidence in the practice. This workshop will give you the skills & abilities to join our regular classes.

Our yoga hammocks offer the addition of separate straps & handles, providing an accessible & effective way to gradually build grip strength & confidence.

This workshop teaches & and breaks down our main aerial yoga poses, including inverted poses, strengthening sequences & flexibility moves. You are nurtured & encouraged to work at your own pace, and to only do what you feel comfortable with.

After the main workshop, we will take a short break for refreshments & snacks.

We round off the workshop with a 30 minute deeply relaxing & restorative stretch by candlelight, finishing with a long Savasana cocooned in our hammocks, to the beautifully hypnotic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls.
